      Bob,
      
      I don't have pictures of the delamination process. We used a screwdiver with care.
      After delamination, the original window was cut and broken in several parts to
      remove it from the frame. The initial idea was to install the new window without
      cutting the frame.
      Later we discovered that this is not possible....
      Pictures bellow.
