Hi Bob,
You could upload the pictures to the Matronics Forum. There is a link to "Add an

If you want you can send the pictures to my email and I'll upload it to the Forum.
Thanks,

Subject: | KIS TR-4 Control Surfaces Deflections |
I'm working on my ailerons mass balance now. I had to build new ones since the
ones that came with my partially built kit had the bolt holes enlarged by the
previous builder, making it too weak for my standards...
After building new ones and using the same holes on the ailerons, I've got about
7.5 deg DN and 17.5 Deg UP on my ailerons. I remember to read on the builders
manual that the aileron deflection is usually limited to 8 to 9 DN and to 13
to 14 UP and that this should be sufficient.
Based on this, I think that my aileron DN deflection is not enough and that I have
margin on the UP deflection. Now I'm planning to rework the mass balance in
order to correct this issue.
I'd like to know what are the typical control surfaces deflections (Ailerons, Flap,
Elevator, Rudder and Trim tabs) on the KIS TR-4 so that I can compare my
measurements.
Thanks,
Fabricio

Galin,
Congratulations on passing the 1000 hour mark. Two other titles you deserve are:
the most hours over open water, and the most landings in foreign countries.
I wish you many more happy flying hours in your Cool Cruiser.
Mark T.
