I used Frost King V25W EPDM weather stripping. It is very inexpensive,
seals well and fairly long lasting.

The glue they have doesn't work well so I use silicone sealer as the glue.
Holds it tight but you can remove it later if needed.

I used a seal from aircraft door seals, it looks like foam weather
stripping, but it takes a set after you close the doors, and varies in
thickness to fill discrepancies in the door to frame gap.
Been very satisfied.
