    You may want to consider vinyl graphics for stripes. I don't recommend printed since they fad so quickly but good quality cut vinyl will last for years and when you are tired of the color peel them off and change them to your new color choice. Some factory aircraft like Dimond use vinyl graphics instead of painted stripes.
