I believe Bob Reed's web site has the complete builder's manual.

I uploaded the Builders Manual (May 12, 1992) individual chapter files to
our webpage ( www.puertoricoflyer.com ). They are under the MANTENANCE
section but you can go direct to them from the main page using the
12/17/2016 latest update link. The files are in .pdf format, some are very
large so they take time to download.
