wing. I cut the wing leading edge out to the length I needed for a landing
and taxi light, then used that cutout as a mold to pour plaster of paris into
to make a form for shaping the lens in the oven. When that didn't work as well
as I wanted, I made a better wood shape and covered it with metal for a great
former that worked fine. A finished lens is shown next to it. I don't know if
the four place leading edge is the same as the two place but you are welcome
to use my former if you want. I may be in INDY next Tuesday if you would like
me to bring it and we could meet up.

acrylic cover that would match the leading edge of the wing? Or have any thoughts?
I know Van's sells a kit, but didn't know if it matched our leading edge.
