Hi Stephen, When you drilled small holes into the core (but not through the second skin) and injected the epoxy did the epoxy come out adjacent holes? I drilled small wholes and injected epoxy in those areas. I have been checking and after about a month I have soft areas again. I can press on them and here the foam underneath. I've attached a couple of pics of the affected area where I masked off with tape. Any suggestions???
