Subject: Newbie looking for TR-4/Super Cruiser for sale, and/or for a
demo ride. Hi, My name is Paul Beam, and I'm a total newbie to these two lists (KIS and Pulsar) that I'm posting to. I'm also new to the TR-4/Super Cruiser in general, though I'm doing my best to get up to speed. >From what I've read so far, these planes (the KIS TR-4, and I'm assuming the Pulsar Super Cruiser being its equivalent) look like great aircraft. It really fits my mission, as well as my price range. (BTW: a big thank you to Robert Reed and Galin Hernandez, both on the KIS list, for posting POH's -- that's really helpful stuff when you're researching a plane.) What I'd like to know is are there any of these for sale? I'm looking for a currently-flying aircraft (not a project), that has a Lycoming or Continental engine. I've been to kisaircraft.com and looked at the for-sale list. Nothing there that fits my bill. Secondly, is there anyone within reasonable driving or flying distance from the Seattle area that would be willing to give me a ride? (I would pay for the expense, of course.) It sounds like Galin is helping out in that area -- but he's in Puerto Rico? And if anyone wants to throw any initial wisdom my way that would be welcome too. If you want to contact me directly, my email is paul(at)hereNthere.net, or 425-six-eight-six-9899. Thank you.

for a demo ride. Hi Paul, welcome to the KIS club and the forum. There is a LOT of good information here and as you can tell the KIS is a GREAT aircraft. As for KIS airplanes for sale your best source is Mark Trikel, who is also on this forum. I will eventually (emphasis on the eventually) sell my KIS4 to downsize to a KIS1 but not yet. We (wife and I) have way to many flying plans to sell now. Also, I live in St. Augustine, Florida not Puerto Rico so if you decide to visit Mickey (Disney Orlando) we can get together and do some flying. I will call you in the next few days so we can do some KIS talk. Hi Galin, Thanks very much for the reply, and the voice message you left. I'll be able to call you (without huge expense) on Monday when I'm home from vacation in Costa Rica. Thanks!
