The switch to the 0-200 is certainly going to be more reliable that the
CAM , which i know has had its issues in your KIS over the years, since it
was made way back in the 90's , But like others I would recommend going a
bit bigger than the O-200, if you have the chance.
The KIS will likely be still under powered on Grass at MTOW, with 100HP.
Having said that we had a 0-200 powered in the UK (G-OKPW) which operated
for a number of years very successfully, (before the owner/ builder
switched it out to a JABIRU 6) , The good news is it will be easy
getting LAA approval, for the change from the CAM to the O-200.
Note : LAA has also approved the 0-235 Lyc , TCM IO-240, TCM O-240, and
the JABIRU 6. (knowing the LAA, unless you want to do lots of paperwork ,
i would not recommend going with any other unit)

I have recently purchased a TR1 with a can air power unit which overall has
been quite unreliable for the previous owner. I intend to fit a continental
0200 with crossfloe cylinders, any info or advice would be gratefully
recieved,,, thanks Tom
