--> Kitfox-List message posted by: Rex Hefferan <kitfox-m2@earthlink.net> David, If it were me I wouldn't change my personal practice area because of that womans call. You could check with the local FSS about your practice area and see if they feel you should go elsewhere. I would see it as a opportunity to try and educate the caller if you could. One call with no resulting FAA involvement sounds like an overreaction by the caller. Many years ago I practiced aerobatic maneuvers over a somewhat sparsely populated area several times and never heard of any complaints. I was flying at a safe altitude near a friends house (5,000+ AGL) and they would have told me of any neighbors negative comments. --> Kitfox-List message posted by: "jimshumaker" <jimshumaker@sbcglobal.net> Had something simiar happen a couple of years ago. I was circling over an empty field. clear of houses and vehicles and those minimum clearances. As I added power I would climb about 500 feet. Then throttle back and drop down about 500 feet. Same diameter circle and same bank angle. I had been unable to induce a spin in the plane at that time. Yeah, I got turned in for doing spins over a house. Jim Shumaker
