It is an excellent resource. I have it somewhere but have had a difficult time finding it. I really enjoyed reading about your trip. My best flying fun has always been on long cross country flights. Look out for the Vienna Fox coming north one of these years. First flight is now scheduled for September. From my calculations, it will be a tight fit as with the wings folded back, it is just about the same width as the inside of the container. Will be using a 40 ft container as a trailer will be accompanying the aircraft, and once again the length of a Fox is just too long to fit in a 20ft. Any input will be appreciated. I know if flew once there so I would say it is doable. It might be cheaper to fly it than haul it . It would be safer too. Just a thought. Scroll down to locations type OK for the state. This will pull up all of the airports in Oklahoma, find one that is privately owned and call the owner to see what they had to do. > --> Kitfox-List message posted by: "clemwehner" > > I have a friend here in Oklahoma (pilot and aircraft owner) who wants to > build a grass airstrip on his property to go along with his Bed & > Breakfast/cabins/RV park. > Can you guys help with finding: > 1.
