I have noticed my 912S runs pretty close to the max CHT stated in the
manual. Wondered what others are seeing on their instruments. Is it
normal for the 912S to run in the 250 - 260 deg range?

As requested by several list members, I put a close up photo of my IVO
Medium with the 10" UHS spinner on my web site. ust go to the site below

Hello Gary,
My 912S runs just under 200 degrees F even on 90 degree days. It rarely
goes to 205 even on extended climbs at full power.

Myself and a friend are both putting our Kitfox IV's on floats. We need to find
the porkchop fittings that attach the float struts to the fuselage. Does anyone
have any for sale, or can tell me where to find them?

Forgive this for being a little off topic...(!) .. but I wanted to announce that any aviator that didnt have a chance to make it to Sun n Fun last spring has another chance to experience it vicariously thru a DVD video that was just completed. It is of different format than the one I made last year - this one covers all areas/aspects of the show rather than just the ultralight field.
