It will be interesting to see what it can do once you add wheel pants and get it aerodynamically clean. Btw, I know this is not the first bug that you killed with the plane, I saw one on the back edge of your rudder once. I dodge the bugs I see overtaking me in my rearview mirror. Merry Christmas my friend! Tom By the way when I was up yesterday and was flying near a lake, I found myself pulling up sharply to avoid a long string of geese. When I got home and read about the tragedy at Longmont, I wondered if that might have been a factor. We may never know. How sad anyway. Keep your head on a swivel. Has anyone tried this? I have a 912S with the Skystar heater. Frank ________________________________ Message 9 _____________________________________ Time: 07:41:11 PM PST US From: Alan & Linda Daniels Subject: Re: Kitfox-List: heater valve --> Kitfox-List message posted by: Alan & Linda Daniels I use a NAPA heater control valve.. About $20. This is pretty standard. On a hot day you really do not need the extra cabin heat. Simple to install and controlled with a push, pull control Frank & Phyllis wrote: >--> Kitfox-List message posted by: "Frank & Phyllis" > >I'm thinking of putting a valve in my heater hose to control the flow of >water through my heater coil.
