Hi Michel. You brought back memories. When I first arrived in the States, during some discussions, the guys would mention "shit loads" Like I would ask how many dollars it would take me to buy a used car? and the answer would be " that would take a shit load" Today with the rising cost of fuel, if you ask how much it costs to fill the airplane tanks (well you know the answer) Maybe that is why no one is really complaining to the government about the dirty cost of fuel these days, it is real hard to express oneself in shit loads and be taken seriously! Now' when in Wales and I talked dirty, that would definitely have a different meaning and it would be very discreet. If you know what I mean ;) >In Norway, we have simplified math. >It goes like this: One, two, three, many. Simple, isn't it? E.g. three >plus one is ... many. Many plus many is ... still many. So behind the facade, In the USA, math is very similar to Norway. It also goes; One, two, three, shit load (as you say "dirty") and dig deeper, you may find out that three plus three equals two loads But then again I was never to good with math!! Parting note: And when someone told me I was "so full of shit" It made me happy because I thought I was rich (I just knew I had lots of it, what ever that was) Greetings Eric. Definitely off topic. There is a beautiful new airpark near Collingwood called Edenvale Airpark and they have great facilities and sell Advanced Ultralights and offer flight training. They are very professional and are very friendly - It is an old military training base so they have tarmac and grass strips Their web site is www.capitalairsports.com Just a suggestion Regards, GaryA Lte2/582 Barrie, Ontario --> Kitfox-List message posted by: Gill Levesque Hey all Ontario Kitfoxers, We should get a fly-in happening some time soon! I am to the point of rigging my rudder cable now and noticed that both cables are "humped" up and inwards at that guide. I can cut the guide loose and reweld it lower to get rid of the upwards missalightment, but not much can be done about the inwards hump. Has anyone else run into this and what was the cure?
