Lowell,
Thanks for your reply. I will probably attach the scoop with the long bolts.
Yodaone, thanks for the great pictures! They will be very helpful for my
installation. Please send more pictures as you go thru the installation process.
You have done very nice work.
I have also installed the wing cuffs on my aircraft. It was a mystery how
to attach them but I finally figured it out. I can't say as I can see any
difference in airspeed but they look nice.(but then I have those fat tires)

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have the manual pages that are needed to install the bungee
cords on a model 3? We have a completed model 3, and the bungee cords
were installed by a previous owner. They need to be tightened, or
replaced, and it would be helpful to have this information and/or any
other advice.
Thanks in advance,

Thanks, Dick,
Your airplane looks great. For some reason I don't recall the sunburst
design on the horizontal stab. Looks good in person, though.

You should check the archives. Many, many-posts have been devoted to the
finer points-of bungie installation. I don't think I've ever seen any man

I posted these a couple months ago for model 2. Should be the same for
the 3.
I'll try again via attachment. If they don't come through OK, please

=0A=0A=0A I only have about 100 landings on my Kitfox IV (sp

a field with hard surface (asphalt) next weekend, but I am a little co

rd surface. Can I expect a big difference in yaw control or what can I
expect. There is people that says it is much more difficult, and othe

Geir, I learned my squirrely bird on hard surface, then transitioned to
grass... Very important, check air pressure in your tires if they are the atv
style tires there should only be 6 to 8 psi in the tires. Took the squirrely
rt
out of my 4 when I lowered air pressure. I also suggest only 3 pointing
until you get good so you wont risk side loading a tire trying to main wheel
land. It's not that hard, just dance left and right on them rudder pedals when
the tail gets on the ground so she wont break around backwards on you.
