Of course they will, Darin. But there is still the possibility that e.g. there is a slight warping in one of the flaperons. That would affect the banking attitude because, as I wrote, using a small trim tab on my left flaperon helped. Cheers, Michel Verheughe Norway Kitfox 3 - Jabiru 2200 ... grounded.

That is a very common mistake. :) After I responded to your original post I found where someone had started a second post on the same thread (I hate it when people do that!). It makes a thread hard to follow and clutters up the Forum. OK...I'm off the soap-box! [Laughing] Anyway...It sounds like most things were already covered. Yes, You do need to determine whether it is a heavy wing or yaw. Your Ball indicator needs to be where you can see it and easily determine if you're centered or not. This is something that will change depending on your power setting and airspeed. I ended up with a small trim tab on my rudder and set it to center the ball at my "usual" cruise speed. I can't speak for the 7, but on the Series 5, you don't want to stall it in an uncoordinated configuration! That can be really bad on short final...or at low altitude. You have gotten some great advise from folks on this Forum. I look forward to hearing about exactly what is causing the problem. Good Luck! If you haven't covered, I'd consider replacing the thin plates with tubes, similar to that on the horizontal. Then you can use polyethylene bushings on all surfaces. If you can't do that then you'll have to weld a new tab on. That's the only things you can really do to fix it. PEEK is very expensive, Delrin is probably your best choice. Jorge, The simple fix is to open the hole slightly... Can most likely be done with a reamer. When the elevator tab is bolted on it will be up against the inner bushing in the stabilizer and be just fine. Fly Safe !! Obviously it won't be a serious problem, but I think going to a 1/4 dia. bolt would be a better solution. That is if it is like a series 5 which uses bushings.
