I ran a test some years ago on MIL6000 fuel hose and automotive hose
using auto fuel and av gas. Both were 5/16" ID hoses. After two weeks I
went back to check the results. The ID of the MIL6000 hose in the auto
fuel jar was reduced to 1/4" but was unaffected by the av gas. The
automotive hose was unaffected by both fuels. I changed all my hoses in
my Kitfox to automotive hoses.
