Are there drawings or plans available so that I can make them myself
we here in Europe have to buy all that parts in the USA and that costs a lot of
shipping.

I doubt that any of these manufacturers will want to part with all the engineering
time and expense that selling plans would entail.
Look at the Aerotrek / EuroFox as an example why...
