Subject: ground loop
Where does one need to look for (hidden) damage after ground loops with
a gear collapse or unusually hard landings in a model IV Kitfox?
With a prop strike on a Rotax 912, have folks found crank shaft damage
or gear box damage? If so how does one detect crank damage without
engine tear down?
