Unless you are a speed builder there will likely be another Oshkosh (or 2 or more) before you are done and there may well be continued development in these technologies. In general don't buy the techy bits until you need them. I know, 2 cents you didn't ask for. -------- Dorsal Series 7 Trike (building) 912S Warp Drive Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=305822#305822 ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 11:39:58 AM PST US Subject: Re: Kitfox-List: LED Nav/Strobe Lighting System Question From: Patrick Reilly Dave, There is an LED supplier in Illinois called Third Party Designs. I don't have any experience with the product, but it is another alternative. The best advice you are going to get is the advice that told you to wait till you need the part before you buy, especially LED's. But it is good advice for most items. Not only will technology advance, you will see a better alternative many times. I've even pulled a part off to upgrade after installing it before ever using it. Lowell fitt's bush gear is an example. I guess you couldn't buy Kitfox bush gear when I installed the stock landing gear anyway.
