The airport I store my kitfox at has one major event all summer, on the
labour day weekend. We've been painting and preening for a few weeks only to
have the U.S. toss one of it's storms up here, It's due to halt all small
aviation for at least Saturday.
Look guys, if "Ya'll" want to make these things keep them in the Gulf of
Mexico where they belong.
Seriously, it's been a great summer, but the first big storm has really bad
timing. Our 40th annual fly-in has to be scrubbed. Crap!!!

Is that Plymouth? too bad, are you going to reschedule? I was hoping to be done
with my 40 so I could fly down, still 15 to go.

Nope, I'm from Canada and Earl is traveling right across Nova Scotia
tomorrow. So it would be the Stanley fly in that is not going ahead, we are
almost dead in it's sights.

Oh, I just checked and the one in Plymouth MA is actually Sunday which should be
a good day down here. Sorry your getting scrubbed out though we are taking as
much energy out of the storm as we can before sending it up to you.
