    Subject: Tailwheel steering setup
Lost a steering spring last night, scary!! I am looking for pictures and advice on the setup so I can optimize the setup when I assemble new parts. On my previous attempt I used two stretch springs that were on the aircraft when I got it, I notice most of the setups I have seen use compression springs. Anyway, I want to do it the best way I can so I'll take whatever advise I can get, thanks. Dave Goddard KF IV 1050 / 582 / Warp

    From: "Rical26" <rical26@rogers.com>
Hi all, FINALLY I resolved my EGT problem!!! After many weeks of frustrations and trying just about everything, with all your suggestions and ideas. The problems was,I have a stratomaster gauge and the EGT senders were programmed for K-type and the senders were J-type (old) so when I changed my setting to the right type....temperature when from 1225 to 1055! Now my EGT temp is just about perfect and everything is good Thanks to all of you for your suggestions Richard Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=312077#312077
