Nylon fabric is designed in many ways, some intended to stretch a little, some
a lot, and some not at all. Most of us have heard of "stretch nylon" in clothing,
right?
I made my baggage bag out of cotton and used 1/8" plywood as a floor for the bag.
But anything that comes even close to the mixer is something I'm going to keep
an eye on. So part of my preflight is to make sure I can slide my flattened
hand between the mixer and the baggage bag.

For CG, I have a 25-pound limit on my baggage bag. Even still, my "standard equipment"
a roll-up pouch containing tools and small bags of hardware (total 3.3
pounds), extra oil, folded lightweight chocks, and a spare fuel pump.
