This guy use to sell a lot of Cessna 180/185's from his business at the Placerville
airport. Sounds like he is guilty as his attorney is already talking about
making a plea deal. Kind of ironic though a used car dealer getting hosed.

791 pounds empty weight and yes ballast was added to the tail.

Mike, How much weight was needed at the tail to compensate for the 0200?
Also, did you consider extending the fuselage, say 16"" like the option
offered by the fellow in WI?
Would you comment on performance? The 0200 seems like a great engine option
for the mod 4 if the added weight could be compensated for.
