No!=C2- I will relate my problems here for any who may have insight.=C2
- The dealer tech support is stumped and has bumped the problem up to the
distributor.
I have gone back through the process of elimination and will try to summari
ze the experience.
=C2-
*1000 rpm drop when right ignition switch is down.
=C2- no change in rpm with both ignitions switches up when top plug in 3
& 4 is removed
*4-5 omh reading on each ignition coil
*swap connectors at ignition coil
=C2-no change in rpm with both ignitions switches up when=C2-bottom plu
g in 3 & 4 is removed
*swap connectors at ignition modules
=C2-1000 rpm drop when left ignition switch is down.
=C2-no change in rpm with both ignitions switches up when top plug in=C2
-1 & 2=C2-is removed
=C2-
This seems to eliminate ignition coils and the trigger coils because of the
shift to 1 & 2.
Also, faulty spark plug wires seem to be eliminated.
=C2-
Does anything other than an ignition module come to mind?
Replacing and circa 1994 engine with a 2012 model was not the "plug and pla
y" exercise anticipated.=C2- The forward upper mounting lugs have been re
located about 1/8" which required new/reworked motor mount components.=C2
- There is now a fuel return line requiring new plumbing from fuel pressu
re line back to header tank.
Arlington came along about the time this summary was submitted, now we are
in the midst of OSH so it is unlikely that anything will come back for anot
her week or two at best.
Anxious to get the trusty bird back into the air.
suggestions, comments will be appreciated.

Subject: | 912ULS, WD Prop, EIS and accessories for sale |
Hello All,
I have a Rotax 912 ULS for Sale (275hours S/N 5643227). It comes with a Warp Drive
Taper Tip 68" 3 bladed propeller (pusher for the 912), oil tank and oil tank
bracket, Grand Rapids EIS (4EGT, 2CHT, Airspeed, Altimeter, fuel flow, VSI,
RPM, Oil press, Oil Temp,), Coolant Overflow tank, 4" prop extension, Rotax Radiator
(not in picture), Rotax oil cooler (not in picture), Carb Balancing tool,
Rotax tool kit, Voltage regulator, Engine log, engine operators manual,
The engine came off of an Aeroprakt A20 which I had a little landing accident in.
The prop never touched anything and the engine was happily idling and had to
be shut down after the accident.
I am asking $16,000 for the whole lot. The prop would not be useful on a Kit Fox
because it is a pusher for the 912. Make me an offer without the prop.
Jason
