I found this picture yesterday while looking for something else. Hope
it helps. I too recall that the paint was custom mixed and an auto
paint.

That's what they told me also, my model 5 has a similar paint scheme BUT
I am in the process of building a r/c model and was trying to find out
that color or at least what company made it . My son and I saw the
speedster just before it was sold , pretty faded at that time but still

what I remember it was a custom mix neon auto finish with flex agent
added, very catchy but not as durable on fabric.
