The actual weights of each blade might not mean there is a issue.
static - should be close if you got an accurate static balancer.

I've gotten my GSC prop balance to within the weight of a half-inch of masking
tape applied at the tip using a prop balancer. The way I did this is that I bolted
the prop hub between two plates, embedded bearings in the plates, and ran
a shaft through the bearings. I'd also degreased the bearings to reduce friction
so it would turn perfectly freely. Since I'd painted the back side of my prop
flat black to prevent pilot-blinding when the sun is behind the aircraft,
I was able to invisibly apply additional layers to the light blades.
