    Clem, You might try a crow foot wrench the torque wrench. It would require a little math as the crow foot adds about an inch to the arm of the wrench so the torque value would be reduced a bit. I do know, however, of some who torque the bolt head. In that case you would have to determine the friction and add that to the torque value.     I have been torquing the bolt heads on my GSC prop for 20 years, no problems. The bolts should not be tight in the holes - at least mine aren't. Way back when, I ran an experiment when the prop was on a bench to determine if there was much difference between torquing the nuts vs torquing the bolt heads; there wasn't. AC43.13-1B says it's ok to do this. In paragraph 7-40 it says: "Be sure the bolt and nut threads are clean and dry, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Run the nut down to near contact with the washer or bearing surface and check the friction drag torque required to turn the nut. Whenever possible, apply the torque to the nut and not the bolt. This will reduce rotation of the bolt in the hole and reduce wear. . . . .
