Brothers, I'm glad to see some renewed interest here. I will keep you posted on my Speedster which will be flying in a few months with the Viking engine. I am convinced the Viking is far superior to anything now flying in a Kitfox. McBean says his Rotax powered plane will outrun me, but we will see. At any rate, the Viking is 8 grand less money, and the parts are available at the Honda dealership, not from Oberammigroffstadburg, or some such place in Austria. Plus, the Viking is fuel injected and much more beautiful. I am thinking of a panel with a Skyview with ADSB transponder and 2 axis autopilot. This provides traffic warnings on the Skyview screen, and I have found it valuable in my Lancair. I would be a buyer for an abandoned Model 7 project if anyone knows of one. Ed Gray Dallas

Ed, What model are you installing that Viking in. We are all waiting for pictures and performance data. The little bit I have seen on that engine leads me to believe it should be a dynomite application.
