| Subject: | leaking fuel selector valve |

      Last fall the fuel selector valve below the panel started to leak on my mod
      el 2.

      Is there a common model selector used on model 2 s ?=C2-=C2- Am wonderi
      ng if its rebuildable or needs to be replaced ?

      Reason I ask is that the plane is stored an hour away & would like to do a
      bit of research on the valve before heading out to take it out of storage.

      thanks=C2-

      Definitely no common valve. Do you have a picture of it?

      I have a model IV and if I remember correctly my fuel valve has a small acce
      ss plate at the fuel selector knob. And behind this plate is a O ring. I t
      hink I may have damaged this O ring by repeated turning the valve on and off
       during the build process.
