--> Kolb-List message posted by: "Vic" <vicw@vcn.com> This is not exactly Kolb related but I you want to fly you Kolb it could be. Our local ultralight flying club got booted off our flying field and we have been looking for a new place to fly. I discovered a dirt airstrip south west of Phoenix near the small town of Arlington. A little research showed the strip on State of Arizona trust land. I called the state to inquired about the possibility of our club leasing the strip. Of course the answered was no, but what concerns me is that I am afraid the state is now going to go out and destroy the strip. The strip has been there for 30 or 40 years. This is really a sad situation. I wish I never brought it to the attention of the state. Vic Do not archive
