His call sign is "flying farmer". Ted Cowan, Alabama. He has had a challenger and a Kolb Mk II. Hard to satisfy a farmer I guess. He has a Hearse engine on it and it is very underpowered. ________________________________ Message 5 _____________________________________ Time: 05:21:10 AM PST US From: " Chuck" Subject: Kolb-List: 2SI 690 L70 --> Kolb-List message posted by: " Chuck" Has any one ever installed a 2SI 3 cylinder in a MKIII? I have been looking at a MK III with a 503 which is great for solo but I know where I can get a low time 2SI three cylinder cheap. Where would I get the mount? I think there is a dealer in Southern Ill but I do not recall who it is or where they are located. The exhaust header tube wrap helps protect the modules from the heat, especially on the ground. -------- John Hauck MKIII/912ULS hauck's holler, alabama Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=56947#56947 ________________________________ Message 7 _____________________________________ Time: 05:59:16 AM PST US From: Eugene Zimmerman Subject: Re: Kolb-List: Ground Loop --> Kolb-List message posted by: Eugene Zimmerman On Aug 24, 2006, at 7:12 AM, pat ladd wrote: > > Hey Pat, Is that a question or a statement? ________________________________ Message 8 _____________________________________ Time: 06:00:42 AM PST US From: "John Hauck" Subject: Re: Kolb-List: Re: Kolb-List Digest: 33 Msgs - 08/23/06 --> Kolb-List message posted by: "John Hauck" of our | members of the Southern Flyers Ultralight Asociation.
