Xeroxed someone's preflight list from this site, but after A&P said
that's only a checklist I thought there might be some thing overlooked,
aside from compression check.
Does anyone have a Kolb outline or list (preferably for Mark III
Classic) for a 100 hour inspection, or for an annual inspection? I
would certainly like a copy.

Don't remember saying anything about ANR for that price. The sets I wanted
went for $264 and $242 on eBay used. These are what I bought and haven't
used in Kolb yet. Still a problem with my old push-to-talk Telex. See he has
a few left

It's all relative to the size of the market. Not that big. If a DVD
player can be
sold for $35 then DNR headsets should be $25 and programable digital
hearing aids should be $15.

Ed,
Maybe that is where the term, termite, comes from. TERM inate MITE.
Sorry, couldn't resist. As an old rental Mooney pilot, I always thought
I'd like to own a Mite but the wooden tail stories convinced me to
reconsider. However, I think there is a metal tail STC for them. I
still peruse the Mooney Mite site occasionally, just cuz they cool and
unique little airplanes.

John, Between the plans, the engine manual, and Appendix D of part 43 of the

Thanks Rick, have yet to see a set of plans and found most of stuff on
Rotax in the sales catalogues. You were right on the FAR info. Just what
I wanted. Now to locate replacement parts not listed in the two
catalogues I have here in TorC NM.
For those who want to read Rick's reference, one internet site is
