Pretty good weather today Tuesday, the Kolb Factory trailer was set up, people
were showing up. Looks like it may be good attendance this year. I am headed down
South will be back to Lakeland this weekend. Never saw the Keys so taking
the chance to see if the bridge Arnold Schwarzenegger blew up in that movie has
been rebuilt yet.

I would love to be able to make fun of you guy's weather, but it looks like sun
and slop all over the US.
Still crappy weather!

John, Gary, Gang...
Fer what it's worth, the local WX guessers here in Tampa area at 1800 and
1900 tonite are all saying that the computer models show Tuesday looks
flaky, but Wednesday will open a window in the crud...and that window will
close again for a fairly messy Thursday and Friday. They are fairly well in
agreement that Saturday and Sunday ought to be good days...
I realize that this means little when compared to the specifics of the
aviation WX forecasts, but thought I would pass it
along anyway...
Weather...? Who do you trust...? are ye married...? just a thought...
fergit I asked... weak moment....
Let us repeat together.... "Worth what ye paid fer it...."

Gary A/Kolbers:
I plan on getting out of here tomorrow morning. This morning and today was
out of the question.
It has rained here for two days.
Travis said they were set up and ready to go tomorrow. I talked to him
several times today and yesterday. Every time I talked to him it was
raining.
I may be able to get into Lakeland before the airshow which starts at 1430
tomorrow. If not, I will have to wait until after it is over at 1800.
Looks like the only possible weather is going to be just north of and at
Lakeland.

Hey Guys,
My building project was in the last "Experimenter" issue
.
http://www.eaa.org/experimenter/articles/2011-03_womb.asp
.
I just wanted to let you know about entering "your" build for consideration.
It was easy... I wrote to Pat : panzera(at)experimental-aviation.com
He reviewed my Building log ( on line )
and told me what to do from there.... In a few weeks ,
it was ready for my approval....
Since Steve Wittman's 1938- Buttercup is fairly "new" to builders...
an article about the Tailwind preceded it...
.
I also explained how building my Kolb , gave me the confidence to
tackle my next project...
.
.
Anywho,
Just thought I'd share...
