Im inquiring because Ive bought a FireFly thats waiting for me in
Mississippi (Im
coming over from Australia in March to start to fly it.).

that seems like a long way to come for a firefly. I assume you are flying
over to get it, how are you going to package it up for the return trip,
and how long will it take and what type of expense in involved in such a
move. is this going to be more cost effective, than having kolb pack up a
new kit and having it sent over? sorry for all the questions... it is
just a bit out of the ordinary. it seems when I was looking to get a kit 14
years ago, there were some kits that were similar that were made in
Australia, why not one of them?

Earlier on the list,John Gilpin mentioned his desire to tour America by pla
ne and also his surprise at how difficult the regulations were to get a lic
ense for sport or better .So he decided to go part 103 and purchase a plane
here.Not sure of his plans after the tour.

guess I have had another senior moment,,, now that I am reminded, I
recall the discussion. I hate it when senior moments happens.

honestly deny it, all I have to do is claim another, that I wont
remember.
Becky has been after me to go for a Kolb ride,,, but if I remember
correctly, warmer weather is on the way.
