Like Chris says, Don't do it. Being a member of a club and sharing club planes
is one things that works.  Trying to purchase, build, and having everyone do there
share is almost impossible.  I have been there and done that with NO luck.
In the end I did all the work and shelled out all the money with promises to
pay his share when his plane was sold.  

Once again, DON'T DO IT.   :x
