(see photos) The photos of the unit unpainted on my fancy colored concrete work were d uring it's construction phase. The ones with the blue cushioned upholstery are the final product.     I said something about this years ago... I got a big argument from "Jet Pilot" He said it could never happen... Here's a post from the Tailwind Forum talking about the same Flutter that could occur with Trim Tab Acuators Trim tabs can be very benign or super critical. I know of an EAA biplane, a 100 mp/h airplane, that had a trim actuater failure and fluttered so violently that it took the stick out of the pilots hands. Same exact thing with an S1 Pitts, the Pitts of cource is a much faster airplane. If you have a single actuator similar to a throttle cable, and it breaks, you will most likely have flutter.
