A neighbor of mine suggested a NACA report about simplified propeller
design written by Fred Weick (designer of the Ercoupe, among other work)
and while I was searching the database I found the attached report. Given
the thick wing and the testing of both tractor and pusher configurations I
thought some of you might enjoy it, too.
