Larry, I think the narration is an improvement. It's nice to get a little geography/history lesson while watching your videos. Your part of the country is so different from mine. I vote thumbs up. Jimmy Y Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=396456#396456

Nice video, but I wish the music wasn't in there. Very hard to hear your voice. do not archive Bill Sullivan Guess Bill S is going to have to learn to speak "high desert Oregonian". The voice over narration adds to the enjoyment of the video. Pointing out tidbits of info as your flight progresses makes the video much more enjoyable. Arty was in her tent reading, as she is wont to do when the weather is bad. :-) I considered changing the opening screen, but had fought the thing for quite some time, so took the easy way out and left it. I('ll turn the background down a bit more the next one that I try. Good video Larry! I'm not at all familiar with that part of the country and it's interesting to see that. I am also a newbie at making videos. I got a few responses on the ice landing at Lake Mille Lacs. I have a long way to go as far as improving them. I think the interest is there when I can make a story out of it and try to show what I saw at a fly-in. It helps to have a theme in mind and stick with that theme. More and more HD videos are being uploaded to youtube (I don't know how they afford all that digital space) and I sure enjoy watching them over the old ones. Spring is on it's way and more flying and vids to come ... do not archive Ralph B -------- Ralph B Original Firestar 447 N91493 E-AB 1000+ hours 26 years flying it Kolbra 912ULS N20386 200 hours Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=396485#396485

Thanks to all of you that responded, Perhaps the weather will moderate a bit and I can go to some of the other areas that I like. I appreciated all your responses, but as for the tree offer goes, I think I will have to decline your kind offer.
