This is the first time seeing the hill country of Minnesota from the air. I want
to go back on my Goldwing to visit. It's truly a spectacular area!

This kind of junk is the reason Dennis Thate is still filtered by email. I
only get this garbage when one of the real Kolb forum members mistakes his
trash for something relevant. Too bad he can't take the hint and just go
back to his crochet circle.
What's the next great piece of info, that you can save scraps of aluminum
foil and make a nice fashionable hat?

Rex, Just got through doing a carb overhaul on a customer's 912. The arms
of the brass float lever should be parallel with the edge of the carb when
held upside down and no pressure put on them that would depress the little
spring in the needle valve. If the carbs were rebuilt then check to make
sure they were adjusted properly as the new levers have to be fitted to the
carb. If the engine is new Bing usually has these adjusted spot on so do
the fuel return line first.
Don't forget to put the restrictor orifice in the line. It's easiest to
just get the Rotax parts as the spec for the orifice is .35 mm or .014". I
hate drilling holes that small (#80 drill bit is .0135). If you have a
lathe or a small drill press with a chuck that will hold a drill bit that
small just take your time use WD 40 for lube and clean the drill often.
