As it happens, when I went to the Wichita FSDO yesterday I ran into an old acquaintance who complained of the same thing. When my new registration arrived today, six days after I renewed it online, I thought I would pass this along. My friend was under the impression that it is not possible to re-register on line within thirty days of the old registration's expiration date. Since I did the online re-registration last Friday, the 19th, and got the new registration back today, the 25th, when my old registration expired on the 31st, I got the full three year renewal.
