Hey guys, Disassembly of the housing and removal of the plug reveled damage to the thr eads. Looks like someone may have cross threaded the plug and caused the cra ck, than chased the threads to clean it up. Real butcher. Anyway, it's at th e weld shop now and I figure I'll have to helicoil the hole after the repair . Anyone know what thread those suckers are? That looks like what I have. I=92ll have to take some photos as well. But I=92m going out of town so it won=92t be until next week. To answer your question about you having the right controls. I attached two pictures. The first is the way my controls arrived from Kolb after I purchased them. The 2nd is the way they look installed in my M3X-tra. If you look close you can see the adjustable linkage to put the sticks centered where they need to be. As I said eariler, I had to remove them. I just lost too much control with them. You will also notice all the extra linkage that puts more play in the controls. My center stick is longer, giving me more leverage and direct connection to the controls. Hope this helps. > > Scott Hudson > A&P/ATP > > N424AL > <unfinished.JPG><Dual Controls.jpg>
