Subject: | Support column spacers..on engine mount? |
Kolbers,
My Kolbra plans call for "support column spacers" going around the AN6 bolts
that support the engine mount plate. The plans do not say what to make the
spacers out of and there is nothing with the kit that looks appropriate. Can
someone tell me what to use?
Thanks,

I got some round bar stock and a friend cut it to length and then used a drill
press to drill a hole right down the middle. Since it sits on the Lord mounts
anyway, it is not terribly critical. I think mine is 1" diameter, but it is cold
and dark and I am not going out to the hangar right now. If you want more details
I will go check tomorrow. Let me know.
