I don't think you are as much at risk.     FWIW I got a =9CCen-tech 4 i n 1 Portable Power Pack=9C from HFT a year ago for about $50. It=99s great but heavy. Has the small spotlight but also an air compressor, built-in; most convenient! I carry it in my car & most often its used to rescue broken=down motorists. Or at least their cars.
