As far as I can tell from the video, the left side seems a little excessive. The
right side seems fairly normal. As others have said, you can make a custom
washer to take the slop out. You will find that it will still fold just fine
if it is pretty tight and well lubricated. I have many hours with varying degrees
of looseness in those fittings with no ill effects. I check it on preflight
but have only adjusted out the slop twice in 700hrs. I fold every time I
fly.
If you think about it, that fitting is always loaded in one direction when flying
unless you are pulling negative g, or in really turbulent conditions. It
will get the most wear taxiing on rough ground.
