Anything is probably useful information, but I'm more specifically looking for
the lighter wings, since it would be for an ultralight project. Was the Twinstar
a 6" spar, or 5"?

You=99re correct. My Twinstar MKII had 5=9D spars. I think the c
hange to 6=9D spars came with the Twinstar MKIII series.
