       I think he wanted comparable weights with the radiators, hoses, etc. i thought
      the 503 was air cooled? I never owner either.

      Those are reportedly all-up weights with radiator and coolant. The 532 block is
      lighter than the 503 but the radiators make up the difference.

      All up weight, including the drive, of the old dual carb 503 on my 
      Twinstar was just north of 90 lbs, with everything in a big plastic tub.
