      Short of heroic efforts such as extensive use of carbon fiber and titanium no Firestar
      with a 447 and full enclosure  is ever going to meet part 103. Which brings
      me to a question I have long wondered about. I see an endless stream of
      AIRPLANES listed as ultralights on ebay. What is the legal responsibility of the
      seller who is misrepresenting the aircraft for sale?
