I concur. Once you release the forward pin attachment on the wing and rotate it
to vertical, which is necessary, it becomes like carrying a Really big sheet
of plywood. I was lucky to be between two rows of t-hanger. Which usually put
me in a wind shadow. 10 knots would have been a team challenge.

I have a MKIII that I have folded and unfolded many times by myself. I
would put the wind limit at under 5 MPH. I know of at least one beautiful
MKIII that was destroyed by a wind gust when folding. When in doubt get
help or tie it down til the winds die down. It might be inconvenient but so
is a rebuild. When tied down these planes can handle some big wind. Was
camping under the wing of my plane at Airventure when a thunderstorm passed
through. I looked out of the tent and could see light under the wheels. The
next day I found no damage but one previously repaired flap had filled with
water.
