i'm refering to "weight and balance" ... i weigh 250 lbs and obviously i don't
want too much weight in the front..

It all depends on how much your plane weighs ready for flight. Empty
weight, and the difference of 750 pounds. I believe the gross weight for
the Firestar is 750.
It will still fly at that weight, but performs like a cub. That assumes
that you will fit in the seat.
